TOREVO ships worldwide with tracking, and shipping is **free on every order**.

**Order processing**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

**Delivery times**
Estimated delivery is **7–20 business days** after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance or courier volume, especially during peak seasons.

**Tracking your order**
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email at any time. If you can't find it or have a question, email support@torevo.co.

**Customs & import duties**
Any import duties or taxes charged by your country for international orders are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or at checkout.

**Wrong address**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
